Q. When will I receive my order?
A. You should receive your order within 3 working days (including Saturdays). If you don't receive your order within 10 working days, please let us know via our contact page.
Q. How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
A. Please contact us immediately after the order has been placed to stop the item going out.
Q. What to do if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?
A. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally the same day you receive the item. We will discuss the different options with you.

A. At Dana's Shoppe, we use Royal Mail as well as other couriers such as Hermes to ensure you receive your item as quickly and as securely as possible.
